While a Quarter Cow doesn't cater to the same cut options as a Whole or Half Cow, ordering in bulk is still the most economical way to go.
This package was designed to represent roughly a 1/4th cow purchase. It's loaded with all your favorite steaks, roasts, and ground beef!
All beef is vacuum sealed.
All steaks are cut ¾" thick, 2 per package.
Ground beef comes in 1 lb packages
Roast will be 2-3 lbs
Amount of cuts are based solely on weight.
Deposit for whole cow = $500.
Hanging weight price of half cow = $6.00
Typical hanging weight of half cow = 200 to 250 pounds.
Final payment will be calculated once we have your hanging weight and remainder will be based on that hanging weight minus the deposit. Delivery typically is 4 to 6 weeks.
Storage space needed: Approximately 8 cubic foot freezer. Depending on final weight.
