What's included on a Whole Cow
- Brisket

All beef is vacuum sealed.
All steaks are cut ¾" thick, 2 per package.
Ground beef comes in 1 lb packages
Roast will be 2-3 lbs
Amount of cuts are based solely on weight.
Deposit for whole cow = $1500.
Hanging weight price of whole cow = $6.00
Typical hanging weight of whole cow = 800 to 1000 pounds
Final payment will be calculated once we have your hanging weight and remainder will be based on that hanging weight minus the deposit. Delivery typically is 4 to 6 weeks.
Storage space needed: Approximately 16 cubic foot freezer. Depending on final weight.
